How many embryos are you going to transfer or have transferred??

If we do it, we will do genetic testing- so we will do one healthy embryo!

My RE said that for my age (31), we'd transfer 1 or 2, but it depends on the quality of the embryos, how many look good on day 5, and how many there are available for freezing. He'd prefer to do just 1, but it will all depend.

This is always the question but I was surprised to find that I was lucky to have one embryo leftover... :( 
It was a poor quality one at that so it didn't make it. Got a cute pic of it though.

We transferred two. They recommend one due to fear of twins but our fear is to not get pregnant not to get pregnant with twins. So I wanted the very best chance possible. I feel like I would regret if it didn't work with 1 when I had the choice. I know it can not work with 2 as well but that's just what felt right for us.

We transfered 3 on day 3.  Our dr. felt it was the best option because of my age.   She said she doubted it would result in twins or triplets.

We had one transferred, our clinic were quite pushy with a single embryo transfer as they want to minimise the risk of multiples. 
DH and I would have wanted two transferred but felt a bit overruled when they kept insisting success rates were equal. Fx they're right!
