Thoughts on Prozac? I was just prescribed them

I was prescribed Prozac for anxiety and depression.. experiences on them? I am on 20mg daily. Side effects? Good things? Bad things? I took my first pill last night and woke up this morning very nauseous and threw up very little.

Prozac was not a great fit for me personally as it made me very tired and apathetic, I'd sleep through my alarms, fall asleep in class, be too tired after school to work or do homework, then pass out in early evening and wake up at 2AM- and the cycle continued. 
The thing about medications like this is while they dont work for some people, to others it might be THE fix to their mental health issues. Definitely give it some time to get past the side effects and bring up any issues to a health care provider. 
Paxil ended up working best for me overall, but definitely trust your doctor and do your research.
