Red dots on pubic area
so every few days my skin on my pubic area will get irritated and get red dots. They aren't filled with pus or anything, they're just red. I haven't had a sexual partner in a while and I was tested for everything after with neg results. I don't shave too often for me to think it's razor burn and I'd like to say I have good hygiene? I'm not sure what it could be and would love any ideas :(
