Can anyone help me understand this? I can’t be seen til the end of this month and it’s just a hard month for me overall since we planned to announce our pregnancy this month. Baby stopped growing at 6 weeks, we did get to see a heartbeat. This is my third miscarriage in the span of 7 months.. no living babies.

Just trying to get answers as to why I keep having miscarriages. I’m 23, healthy (at least to my understanding), no medical issues, never been on birth control. Just lost.
