Could the clomid have worked?

I am currently 10 dpo. I have PCOS and took clomid on cycle day 2-6. We only BD on my peak day which was a very high peak according to the strip I peed on. Could it have worked?? I just don’t know. I had cramps a couple of days ago (too early for period pains).. I‘be gained weight and always hungry and tired. Thoughts? 🤔

Hello! I’m on first round and haven’t gotten a peak, but it is possible. My dr said that strips aren’t super reliable for PCOS but that doesn’t mean not for you. Have you taken any ovulation tests since to see if you’ve had any other peaks? They also told me it could make you ovulate really late or get multiple peaks.
