I’m going crazy!

I’m currently 3 weeks late, I’ve tested 3 times and each time came back negative. I had a bad head cold when my period was supposed to start, then I had wrist surgery the following week so I was a week late. In the past I’ve still had my cycle even if I was sick or have had previous surgeries. I didn’t get a positive test with my first until I was a month late. Im constantly exhausted, I keep getting headaches, I’m going to the bathroom more, I think im starting to get smell aversions. What should I do? My drs office can’t get me in until the end of the month to do a blood test
