Can one have a pimple inside a mole?

So, I have this mole in my inner thigh closer to my genital region. I always had it. I noticed last night that it was swollen a little bit. It was hurting. Today, i saw that it’s darker in color and it still hurts. What could it be? Any experiences? I also got my period yesterday. Can it be hormonal?

Yes. I have a mole on the side of my head in my hairline that has gotten a pimple in there before. I just popped it.

It could be a pimple, it could be a cyst, for now I would do Neosporin with pain, relief, at least it won’t be painful to you, and if there’s any kind of bacteria or anything, it will disinfect it basically keep the area clean, and I hope you feel bettersometimes with a warm compress you can get it to come to head so you can pop it and drain it, and just keep reapplying the Neosporin and keeping it clean
