Contractions?

I am 35 weeks I keep getting contractions or Braxton unsure… when I go to errands like going to Costco etc i get them so bad!! I currently have them rn and it’s hard to time them. What are signs of labor should I go to the hospital to get checked out ugh idk I don’t feel like my tummy has even dropped no discharge or blood

Braxton hicks can hurt (despite what people say) but they can also be painless, uncomfortable tightening in the belly. The difference would be regular contractions (even if it’s minor pain and not drop to your knees), any fluid leaking, and increase in pain of the contraction. It’s common to have them more when you are dehydrated or busy moving around a lot. 
Also, it doesn’t matter if your belly drops, your belly could stay high until it’s time for the baby to come out, not reliable
