There's no one size fits all for this. If you would rather be with a guy who gets hurt if you're going to hook up with someone else, then do that (but obviously don't be hooking up with others to hurt this type of guy). If you would rather be with a guy who is more open to the idea of hooking up with others, then be with that person. Either way is fine. What would not be healthy is if you were in a relationship with a person who is excited by you hooking up with others, but that's not what you really want. What would not be healthy as if you were in a relationship with a person who would be hurt by you hooking up with others, but you are still doing it anyway. In either scenario, if it's not what you really want, then you should not be in it. ￼

It sounds like the guy who wants you to hook up with other guys is interested in an open relationship and the guy who doesn’t like it wants a monogamous one. Pick the guy who aligns the best with what you want. Do you want to hook up with other guys or do you want monogamy? Then go with the guy who’s ok with that vs hurting/cheating on the other one.

If you know you aren’t willing to be monogamous and you can’t keep yourself to one man for the sake of his feelings, then why get into something with someone who’s not okay with sharing you? 
It makes sense to spare those people who aren’t okay with how you handle relationships. 
The downfall of sleeping around is also something you need to think about. 
1. Not knowing who the father is when you get pregnant.
2. STD risks even when getting tested regularly or requiring they get tested - recent exposure doesn’t always come up.
