Provera confusion

So I’ve done this before and successfully got pregnant with my daughter. Trying again with the same regimen so outcomes should be similar. Took my provera for 10 days and now I’m 10 days out and my period has just been like a consistent extremely light flow. Like I don’t even need a tampon it’s so light. It started Friday but I feel like I have 0 flow but I’m definitely cramping. Any advice my office isn’t open until Tuesday and I’m wondering if I should wait it out or call the doctor on call.
