Freaking out..

I had a ob appointment today, im 30 weeks pregnant and ive been having issues with my blood pressure.. my Urine Bilirubin is 1+ every appointment its been normal.. is this something to be concerned about?? (Ive called both my normal ob and my high risk ob i havent heard anything back yet)
