How would you say in your yearly self evaluation at work that you feel undervalued and that your manager needs to step their game up without sounding rude. I’ve been on my managers team for 3 years and she’s never talking about career advancement, self growth or anything to help me elevate within the company instead it’s sidebar conversations about family vacations. I have social anxiety and I hate small talk. And I want her to know that I notice it without being rude…
