I'm honestly not fully sure how this all works.
What is this chart reflecting if anything? I try to stay consistent. I lost my therm. and only found it again cd8 so i couldn't start from cd1 and i havent tracked since January. And there are gaps because those are days I wasn't able to stay under the covers (and my house is COLLLDDD i didn't track because I didnt think it would be accurate) because my daughter needed me.
