Do I have TSS?

2 days ago I left my tampon in overnight so I wore it for about 15-16 hours. I’ve done this before about a year ago and was fine, but google has me convinced otherwise. That same day I ate probably month old naan bread and felt fine but yesterday I drank a venti frappe and was having diarrhea 5 times yesterday. Starbucks sometimes does that to me but today my stool was still a bit loose (haven’t had much fiber) but hardly anything to pass and I feel a bit nauseous because my stomach still feels full from my dinner and late night snack. I also woke up today with some stomach acid and vomit cause I ate a lot before bed. Haven’t slept well either cause sleep has been off for several months so I’m just now convinced the worst is happening. My temp is normal. I know I could go to dr but I don’t have time off work

Go get checked if youre concerned. Wither way why would you leave a tampon in 15 to 16 hours? I understand overnight but who sleeps that much? Max 8 hours.

You would get a very high fever and be deathly ill with it. Sounds like you’re just having the runs and got nauseous from overeating

Probably not. It is a bacterial infection caused by strep or staph, so you would have a fever and be very very sick.

With having a normal temperature and other reasons for the diarrhea I would say most likely not. If things don’t improve in a day definitely get checked out

It doesn’t sound like it. If you have any concerns though don’t hesitate to call your doctor. 
My mom had TSS from leaving a tampon in too long when I was 11. She started out with flulike symptoms for a day or two. She spent most of her
time in bed. She developed a very high fever (106 or 107) and temporarily lost her sight when trying to walk to the bathroom. This prompted my father to call 911. She couldn’t walk on her own after that, my dad carried her out to the couch and she went out on a stretcher. 
I was in the early stages of sepsis when I went to the ER for mastitis and I was very tired, my body ached all over, I had a 103/104 fever, and I had chills so bad my body was practically vibrating. I went from feeling perfectly fine to being sick enough to spend a weekend in the hospital in less than 12 hours.
