I had an ectopic pregnancy earlier this year and it took my body about 3 months to return to normal and ovulate. With the ectopic I had one dose of methotrexate. Fast forward to October 2023, i found out i was pregnant but shortly after found out it was a biochemical pregnancy. I started bleeding in mid November and that lasted about 5 days. I figured it would take a month to ovulate like normal again. I tested in December around my expected ovulation but nothing. Has anyone had a similar situation? I know everyone is different but im just curious if anyone has had this happen?
