Hello guys its been a while… so i been trying to get pregnant for some time now no luck😢 found out i have endometriosis & my tubes were blocked 🤯. Well i had surgery & doc opened 1 tube. NOW my sugars have been in the HIGH 200 almost 300’s. My sugar’s never run high can it be a possibility of me being pregnant 🥹… its to early to test got 4 days until my period is supposed to come 🙅‍♀️ just looking for feedback
