Ovulation Question

Hi everyone!

I wondered if time of day, during ovulation, matters/can affect things. Unfortunately intimacy has occurred very late at night during both my fertile window and/or my ovulation day; 11pm-11:45pm. Does anyone know if all that matters is that it happens PERIOD that day, before midnight, or if it gets too late the window is closing?
