2ww impatient

I feel like I'm going to go crazy before Jan 17th. For the past couple days my nipples have been pretty tender and I have had some cramping more mild than my normal period cramps. None of which are normal symptoms for me. I want to believe that maybe just maybe I might get my bfp this month but its tough to get my hopes up since we have been ttc#2 for a year and since my ectopic pregnancy last April we have had no luck. These are gonna be a rough couple of weeks. I just wish there was some way I could know for sure now. I don't like playing this waiting game.
