Spotting

I have been skipping my period on the pill for the past few months, because i get quite sick when i get my period. I took my last pill in the last pack on Wednesday last week. But started on a new pack the next day. Since Sunday, I have bled once in a while every day. I have experienced spotting for a day or two, but I have never been doing it for a week like now. Is it natural because i have skipped my periode for a few months or what could be the reason? Im 22 and been on the pill since i was 15 and never experienced that i keep spotting.
