Baby aspirin safe?

Currently expecting and doctor mentioned to take baby aspirin daily, was wondering if it’s safe and if anyone had healthy babies and toddlers after taking it?

I took baby aspirin daily as a precaution during my 4th pregnancy because my doc was worried about me possibly getting high bp, and I think it did help! I never had high bp and my baby was born healthy! She’s 3 months old now and she’s perfect.

I take a baby aspirin every night before bed as advised by my doctor. I also did this with my first pregnancy. It can help lower chances of pre-eclampsia

I take a baby aspirin daily as apart of my protocol from my IVF clinic. I had high blood pressure and inter-uterine growth restriction from high blood pressure in my last pregnancy and significant bleeding after birth. My dr insisted that I take this starting on day one to help prevent it from happening again.
