I just bled for 3 days one day was actuall as heav as a regular period and I had a clot is this real?

Im currently dealing with a similar situation. Had a late “period” it was normal for a day or two, mostly spotting, was only 4 days long max, but my breast pain got worse not better and now I’m getting faint lines. I’m so confused
