When my boy is angry because he’s not getting his way, he runs to a corner and cries but keep an eye on you for reaction. He throws himself on the floor, rolls around , sometimes hits the door/wall, bites out of frustration. I ignore it, sometimes I take him in my arms to calm down. My husband holds him until he’s completely calm. LO tries to break free from the hold.

We don’t want him to create a habit of throwing himself on the floor to get attention. Am not exactly sure if our approach is any good and effective. Need tips and advice
