UPDATE- ended up being a UTI.

My daughter is 1, and has had a fever ranging from 100-103.8 since the 26th (3 going on 4 days) we went to urgent care and the hospital the first day and were told she might have an ear infection (not a definite obvious infection) they gave us antibiotics and sent us on our way. ER doctor told us to rotate Motrin and Tylenol every 3 hours, and we have been. She has no other symptoms, no cough, no runny nose, no congestion, nothing. Just a fever, lethargic and loss of appetite. Her fever will go down to 100, and within 3 hours she’s back up to 103. Has anyone else had experience with this? Any advice? I feel so helpless.
