I had an abdominal ultrasound at a private boutique (8 weeks), the tech said “I THINK it’s one, but I can’t figure out what the other thing is” and said it could be my artery, but a week prior (7 weeks) the sac was completely empty and still couldn’t see my “artery”, has anyone had this and it’s twins or something else?! It has blood flow, but she didn’t check the second “blob” for a heartbeat, but what she thinks is the only baby (the top/left dot in the ultrasound) did have a heart rate of 165!
