So I stared depo feb 2023 .. got my last shot august 8th 2023 . November 8 was when I was suppose to get my 4th shot … but I stopped because I didn’t like how it did my body.. so January 8 will make 3 months i been off .. when will my body regulate? Some days I spot some I don’t .. I will take my 4 days before I get on birth control again . I’m over the irregular bleeding .. plus I want my son sometime next year or close to the new year of 2025 .. but I don’t know when my body will go back to normal.
