So yesterday I was extremely irritable, tired, had a headache and was nauseous. So I took a test like a little after midnight and it immediately showed positive. Today, I had a slight headache, slight fatigue, (ate bacon, which I HATED BEFORE btw, and have cramping in my lower abdomen with back pain and I went to wipe (kind of shoved the tissue up there) and seen pink blood. So trying to decide if I’m about to miscarry or if this is implantation bleeding (or would the test not be positive yet????🤔 I know I should probably go to the dr but I’m just trying to know if anyone has had anything similar.
