Sleep advice
At 22 weeks and I’m having a really tough time sleeping. I roll back and forth onto each side every night but whichever side I’m on ends up feeling stretched and strained, kind of like a running cramp type feeling. I fall asleep with a pillow under my abdomen which helps a little but I end up waking up every hour anyway. Does anyone have any tips/advice? These days and nights have been looooong 😫
