Been in this relationship for almost a year now. We are currently living together. He said that it’s not you it’s me. He said he’s been trying to love me like he did at the beginning of the relationship but is struggling. He said I’m doing everything right but he just can’t. I don’t know what to do. He says he still loves me and really cares for me but he doesn’t think that he loves me as much as I love him and it’s pushing him away. He says I deserve better then what he is giving me.

What should I do? Should I give him a break? I’m lost and confused.
