Still leaking
My twins are 15 months old. I stopped nursing them right at a year old. I’ve done nothing to keep my supply. I just eat and drink healthily. I’m not crazy leaking, but if I just don’t wear a bra at all my clothes will have milk spots and some mornings when I weak up milk has leaked onto my sheets. Has anyone else had this issue and what did you do?
