High HCG

I had my dating U/S today. My estimated GA was 7w6d based on my last period. My U/S estimated my GA at 7w0d. This all makes sense to me, except when I tested my HcG at what I now believe is 4w0d, it was 743. Based on what I read, I feel like the HcG was high. Is this something to be concerned about?
