My child acts different elsewhere
At home my little girl-4, co-sleep and when she’s left in bed to sleep in, wakes up crying and calling for me. She’s moody and exhausting. We’ve told her to get up and come in the living room, no need for crying.
She’s at her grandparents for a sleep over and my husband was over this morning to help with installing hardwood floors. He tells me, she’s a complete different child. She didn’t cry when she woke up alone, she was lounging in bed alone for a bit before she came out. And she enjoyed having breakfast. Most of the time she says no to breakfast together at home.
I’m shocked and don’t understand what we are doing wrong? We have 2 other toddlers but even if they are not around she’s clingy, possessive, indifferent, moody and whiny. Is our home dynamic wrong? Could it be her siblings?
