I went to the gynecologist to see why I’ve been dizzy and why for two months (it ended up being stress related I’m certain because my fight or flight senses was triggered- couldn’t even eat for several days) but I was having a period every two weeks. I had 4 in two months. I felt absolutely awful on top of the stress I was dealing with. She scheduled me for an ultrasound.

Well, now that the stress has gone, my cycle is now at 34 days today. I have had sex just about every Sunday the last 3 weeks. Yesterdays ultrasound shown enlarged ovaries, and a small amount of free fluid? But no visible cysts or anything like that. Anyone know what that could mean? My doctor will probably call me tomorrow. Just wanting to know if anyone went through something similar and if anyone’s situation ends up in them being pregnant.

Also, I think I ovulated either the 23rd or 24th. Could that fluid be a gestational sac? Or am I just hopeless dreaming?
