Hi ladies. I have a weird situation and would just like some opinions on it, I go to the doctors tomorrow.

I am about 6 weeks pregnant. I was at my grandmas and I sneezed. I felt what felt like discharge role out so I went to the bathroom and was greeted with the picture below. When I wiped it was like I was having a period. So of course I immediately assumed I was losing my baby. I passed 2 smaller cloths. Maybe about the size of a nickel each. I am cramping a little, but no more than I have been this whole pregnancy. I am now back home and went pee again and I’m not bleeding anymore. Was this just a super quick miscarriage, or did I possibly not lose my baby. I know we aren’t doctors, just looking to see if anyone’s experienced something similar and was still pregnant or if I’ve most likely lost my sweet baby.
