I had started my period what I thought was my period. Next day was pretty heavy like usual didn’t have any cramping but was very tired. The evening time I went walking with my friends and I felt like a big blob come out and I ran to the bathroom and immediately after it came out, it was not what I expected. It was very tissue looking immediately. After that, I started having cramping pains in my vagina and in my lower abdomen. didn’t really think much of it even though it was still very odd and I had the same feeling again. I went to the bathroom and it was a lot small Piece that was stuck to my leg. I started getting chills and feeling very faint . the next day I woke up with excruciating pain on my right side of my stomach that I couldn’t even bend down, and little to no blood at all, which was very odd for me for my period and went to the emergency room. They couldn’t really confirm what it was since they didn’t have the sample they said it could’ve possibly been a spontaneous miscarriage, but they said that the pregnancy test came up negative but if it was a spontaneous miscarriage and my body discarded everything it would come up negative the spotting stopped at day 3 didn’t get my period
