Is it possible to lose weight while pregnant?

I’m currently weighing in at 302 pounds and I’ve had this weight since having my first child in 2016 and second child in 2018. I’m now on baby #3 and I just can’t imagine staying this weight. But I just don’t how to go about with losing it? When I’m at work I stick to my meal plan and I try to get some sort of exercise up to 30 min daily. But when I get home that’s when the cravings kick in and I binge eat everything… 🥺🥺 I just want to know that someone has done what I’m trying to do and hopefully that alone can be the motivation I need to lose this weight while having a healthy pregnancy… help!
