Need encouragement

Im 30 years old and have been trying to get pregnant for over a year and I have almost completely given up hope that I will ever get pregnant again however every month I'm still monitoring everything in the hopes of being able to conceive. My fiancé is supportive in his own way but he doesn't understand the emotional toll that this is causing but he doesn't understand like another woman can so I guess I really just need to hear an encouraging  word from people who are going thro the same thing
