Hello ladies. This is my first pregnancy and almost anything worries me 😞 I had my first cervical check today and found out I’m 2.5cm dilated. According to my gynae I could naturally go into labour since my findings are good but also wanting to atleast make it 38+ weeks so there are no complications for baby. Currently I feel no pains/contractions but can u ladies please tell me how quick can dilation progress and what I should keep an eye on now? Thanks
