5 weeks 3 days and spotting 😭

I had my ultrasound yesterday that shows a gestational sac and a yolk sac.. my levels are doubling still, but I’m having spotting.. what can this be? I’m worried about a miscarriage, obviously.. but blood work seems to be doubling like it should and everything seems to be growing properly.. so I’m scared and worried
