Hey all!!! Recently transitioned baby from breast milk to formula. Sadly I wasn’t able to keep up with his feed/needs and I was exclusively pumping.

His poops for just over a week have been green and fairly runny. Is this just because of the transition or Could this be a lactose issue? He’s on Nestle Good Start 1. Thinking of trying the good start soothe formula (low lactose) uand waiting to get an appointment with his Nurse practitioner next week as they took the holidays off.
