Just had my baby a week ago and he isn’t on the birth certificate, but he popped up at my house with his mom demanding a dna test which I declined because they were so rude and demanding you don’t come to my house unannounced being disrespectful. My thing is can he try to get it court ordered? I live in Georgia and I really don’t want to deal with them at all. He has been no good to me my entire pregnancy and now wants to pop up all of a sudden.
