Condom broke!

Last night me and my fiancé had sex, and unfortunately the condom broke. We have 2 kids already and we do not want another one. I’m very fertile(as it says on the app) but my fiancé is buying me plan B today. Should I be worried? Before we did had sex I wasn’t experiencing any discharge.
