Hey so im late on my period.. around the 26 and 27th i had some spotting & can only see it when i wipe. i supposed to have started my period around that time as well. i been having mild cramping for weeks. but no period. i been taking pregnancy tests but they are negatives! i am stressing out over here because my body is definitely off so i actually thought i was pregnant. i suffered a mmc in early february of 2023. i been having mild symptoms such as nausea, bloatedness , lower abd discomfort like bloated, etc.. please help.
