Letrozole and failed vasectomy success stories/advice?

I (25f) know this is quite the long shot but my partner (32m) and I are in an interesting TTC situation. We’ve been together for 2 years and never really used birth control, but thought we were. My partner had a vasectomy done when he was 26 because he was so sure he didn’t want kids. Well, a few years later we met and things changed for him. I was diagnosed with PCOS back in 2020. I previously was 300+ pounds but have lost the weight and now weigh half of what I used to. As we started the process of our TTC journey, we found out my partners vasectomy did not take and has active fertile sperm. However, they aren’t very many of them and they aren’t as strong as we’d like. I just started my first round of clomid and my dr told us to abandon this cycle because I produce 4 healthy follicles. My ovaries were overstimulated and my dr is worried that I’d end up with quadruplets. So instead he put me on Letrozole and wants to see how well I do on that. So my question is, have any of you fallen pregnant due to a botched vasectomy and being on hormones? My hopes aren’t super high just because my partners numbers are low and we want to wait to do any more testing with him until we’ve done a couple of cycles on hormones for me. My Dr believes we can get pregnant but he said it won’t be easy. Thoughts? Advice? Opinions?(:
