My bf and I have been together 3 years and it’s been a month without sex. I keep telling him that I want to have sex and I feel deprived but he just says no and pretends like I never said anything. I know he’s not obligated to have sex with me but it makes me feel that he doesn’t care about pleasuring me.

If he’s withholding sex and won’t even respect you enough to tell you why, leave the relationship. He needs to communicate. Your needs are important as well and if he no longer wants to have sex, then you’re incompatible and need to move on with your life.
