My husband and I are pretty set on Brooks for the first name of our baby boy, but we are stuck on a middle name. We have two options at the moment - Abel and Avery.

We like Abel because we had discussed giving our children biblical names, and we just love the name.

However, we had also discussed giving our first born the middle name Avery after my husband’s grandfather. They were very very close, and he passed away in January. My husband doesn’t want to upset anyone by naming this baby after his grandfather and not naming our future children after other family members, but I think it would be fine.

Really, I just need to know which sounds better! Brooks Abel or Brooks Avery?
