Usual targets are 90-95 for fasting >140 for 1 hr and >120 for 2 hrs it depends on when you’re testing. If you are over 180 you need to set a timer for an hour and walk/drink water. If it doesn’t come down go to the hospital. If you are under 60 you need to eat 15g of carbs (soda or real fruit juice is usually the go to) check again in 15 min, if still not improving have another 15g and check in 15 min, if still low go to hospital.

blood sugar levels during pregnancy can vary slightly depending on the specific guidelines provided by your healthcare provider. However, in general, fasting blood sugar levels should be below 95 mg/dL (5.3 mmol/L), and one hour after meals, blood sugar levels should be below 140 mg/dL (7.8 mmol/L). It's important to work closely with your healthcare provider to monitor and manage your blood sugar levels during pregnancy.
