Have you had a kid under 7 take a class over zoom (or any virtual class)? How did that go?

I'm thinking about signing my just-turned-6 year old up for some online niche interest classes that I can't find locally for his age. However, he isn't particularly engaged when we facetime with his grandparents - he's mostly just making faces into the camera or running off doing his own thing so I'm not sure how well he'd do with an online class. I'd love to hear advice and experiences.
