Opinion needed! Miscarriage, brown spotting, weird clot

On Nov 30 I started my miscarriage process (5wk 6days) bleeding super heavy passing lots of clots after that it went to a regular heavy bleed and a week later it was just brown spotting (hcg levels were decreasing normally) I spotted brown every day until December 29th , and then it stopped .. fast forward 2 weeks later today which is Jan9 (mind you I have had no bleeding or spotting this whole 2 weeks) and I had a feeling I was peeing on myself so I go check and I was bleeding heavy again but this time I passed 1 clot that was huge and was VERY WEIRD . (Picture below) does anyone have any idea what just happened? (HCG was 23 on dec 5, my pregnancy test are negative, and ovulation has been negative)
