Reflux / Spit up breast milk
My little one is a month old and is spitting up after nursing. I burp her and lay her down and when she wakes up she spits up.
It seems to be better if I burp her and leave her in upright position and do not move her.
Is there anything that can help her reflux?
Do I need to watch certain things I eat or drink to help limit her spitting up?
