C Section and bleeding

I'm 2 1/2 weeks pp. I stopped bleed ing about 6 days after the c section, but today started bleeding again. Is this normal? I lifted my baby in her car seat, which didn't feel heavy but now I'm wondering if I over did it? Anyone have any advice/info?
